The pop star has cheekily responded to a politician's skanky attack on her after he called her a "slut" during a bizarre rant in New York City.
But first, some context: Earlier this week, the
politician in question, Staten Island Borough President James Molinaro, lashed out at the 26-year-old for recently smoking pot onstage in Amsterdam, saying, "This slut is influencing many, many children.

That tirade immediately prompted another NYC politico, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, to rush to Mother Monster's defense, calling her a "symbol of individuality and artistic expression."
And it was that shout-out from Stringer that eventually prompted Gaga to diss her slut-slinging foe.
In a tweet to Stringer on Thursday, Gaga thanked the politician for his props, writing, "To @scottmstringer of Manhattan, thank you for your support of my activism as a new Yorker," and then adding, "You show political integrity + a modern vernacular"—clearly a subversive dig at Molinaro.
